2. Ordering Process
Purchases are made through the webshop by selecting products, adding them to the cart, and choosing a payment method. Orders become final upon successful payment or confirmation.

3. Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer: Orders are processed after the full amount has been received.

• Card Payment (myPOS): Payment can be made online via a secure myPOS interface. Payments are credited directly to our myPOS account, and a confirmation of successful payment is sent automatically.

• Cash Payment on Pickup: Available in Budapest, the surrounding area, and at fairs or events where we are physically present.

4. Shipping Methods and Fees

• Home Delivery: Available within Hungary. Shipping costs are calculated individually, and customers are informed during order processing.

• In-Person Pickup: Available in Budapest and the surrounding area. Exact address and time are arranged in advance.

• Fairs and Events: Orders can also be collected at fairs and events where we are present.

5. Withdrawal and Returns
Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except when the product is defective or does not match the order.

6. Warranty
Products come with a 1-year warranty. The warranty covers material or manufacturing defects arising from proper use.

7. Complaints
In case of a defective, damaged, or incomplete product, the customer must immediately notify the service provider via: e-mail: theworldofsedo@gmail.com, phone: +36 70 405 3265. After reviewing the complaint, the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
